Does the plumber bring taps, fittings or parts?
The plumber brings the tools and common consumables like washers and thread tape. Taps, fittings and sanitaryware you buy yourself, and any larger part is quoted before fitting.
What if the problem comes back?
If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Can I pay after the job?
Yes. Pay online at checkout by UPI or card, or pay after the service by cash or UPI.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancelling is free up to 2 hours before your slot. Inside 2 hours, a fee of 25% of the booking total applies only if you paid online. Reschedule from your bookings page.
Can you fix a leak inside the wall?
Book a plumber consultation. The plumber traces the concealed line and gives a written fixed quote, including any wall breaking and re-plastering, before anything starts.
