About BookProNow
We are building the most straightforward way to get work done at home.
BookProNow is a home-services marketplace operating in India. Customers book a background-verified professional for household work at a fixed price shown before booking, in a time slot they choose. Booking takes under a minute and does not require an account.
We started BookProNow because getting work done at home in India usually means asking a neighbour for a number, waiting for a callback, and negotiating a price on the doorstep with no idea whether it is fair. Every part of that is fixable. Prices are published per service. Professionals are verified before their first job. Slots are real, not “sometime tomorrow”.
What we do
We cover 6 categories today: Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Salon at Home, Home Cleaning, Painting. Each service lists a fixed labour price, an expected duration, and what is and is not included. Materials and spare parts, where any are needed, are quoted and agreed with you before work starts — never added to the bill afterwards.
How professionals are vetted
Every professional completes identity, address and skill verification before taking a single job. Ratings come only from bookings that were actually completed, so a rating cannot be manufactured. A partner whose rating falls below 4.0 is reviewed, and removed if the work does not improve.
Our guarantee
Every completed service carries a 30-day warranty. If something we repaired stops working within 30 days, a professional returns at no charge. Cancelling more than 2 hours before a slot is free.
Where we operate
Booking is live in Jaipur, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chennai, with more cities opening each month. BookProNow Services Private Limited is registered at 3rd Floor, Sunrise Tower, MI Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001.
