Questions about this service
Water collects around the base of my toilet. Why?
Usually the seal between the pan and the drain, or the inlet connector, has failed. The plumber checks both and reseals the one that leaks.
My toilet rocks when I sit. Is that serious?
It can break the seal underneath over time. The plumber tightens or refixes the pan and checks the seal at the same time.
What if the toilet is cracked?
A cracked pan cannot be repaired reliably. You can book toilet replacement instead.
