Each service shows a fixed price upfront before you book, and 18% GST is added on top at checkout. Where a listing says the price starts from the amount shown, anything beyond the simplest version is quoted and agreed before work starts.

Do I need to buy the fan, light or switch myself?

Yes, you buy the fan, light or fixture and the electrician installs it. Spare parts are quoted and fitted only after you agree.

Are the electricians checked?

Yes. Every electrician is verified with identity, address and skill checks before their first job.

How soon can an electrician come?

The earliest slot is 30 minutes from now, and you can book up to 3 days ahead, in working hours. You get the electrician's name before the visit.

Can I pay after the work is done?

Yes. Pay online by UPI or card at checkout, or pay by cash or UPI after the service. 18% GST is added on top at checkout.

What if something stops working after the visit?

If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge. Write to [email protected] or call the number on the contact page, 7am to 10pm IST, or ask Tia on the site or app.

What if my job is bigger, like rewiring a flat?

Book an electrician consultation. The electrician inspects the work and gives you a written, itemised fixed quote, and the visit fee is adjusted against the job if you go ahead.
