Questions about this service
My old towel rod keeps coming loose. Why?
Usually the plugs were too small for the hole or the wall behind the tile is hollow. The plumber uses plugs that suit your wall.
Can you fit a heated towel rail?
Fixing the rail is possible, but the electrical connection needs an electrician. Book that separately.
Can I add a second holder?
Yes. Each extra holder is priced and agreed with you before drilling.
