No. The price covers the carpenter's labour and basic fixings. Wood, boards, locks and hinges you buy yourself, or the carpenter picks them up locally at actual cost with your approval.
Can the carpenter assemble furniture from any brand?
Yes, as long as the maker's instructions and fittings are in the box. That covers flat-pack furniture from any retailer.
How soon can a carpenter come?
The earliest slot is 30 minutes from now, and you can book up to 3 days ahead. Visits run in working hours, and you get the carpenter's name before the visit.
What if the repair stops working?
If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancelling is free up to 2 hours before the slot. Inside 2 hours, a fee of 25% of the booking total applies only if you paid online. Reschedule from your bookings page.
Can I get a quote for a custom wardrobe or kitchen?
Yes. Book a Carpenter consultation. The carpenter measures the work and gives you a written, itemised fixed quote, and the visit fee is adjusted if you go ahead.
