How the visit goes

List the faults
You show the plumber each problem, and the price for the full list is agreed.

Check each fitting
The cistern, seat, jet spray and connectors are checked one by one to find each cause.

Fix one by one
Seals are cleaned or renewed, bolts are tightened and any part you supplied is fitted.

Flush and test
The toilet is flushed several times and every joint is checked dry.

What counts as one job in the combo?
Each fault fixed, such as a running flush or a loose seat, is one job. The plumber confirms the list and price with you before starting.
Can you do two bathrooms in the same visit?
Yes. Show the plumber both, and the extra jobs are priced and agreed before work starts.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
