Yes. Every professional completes identity, address and skill verification before taking a single job, and ratings come only from bookings that were actually completed. A partner whose rating falls below 4.0 is reviewed and may be removed.

Yes, most categories allow payment after the job is finished, in cash or by UPI. You can also pay online at booking time through Razorpay or Cashfree. No card details are ever stored by BookProNow.

Cancelling or rescheduling more than 2 hours before the slot is free. Inside 2 hours a fee of 25% of the booking total applies on a booking you have already paid for, because the professional has usually already set out. An unpaid pay-later booking is never charged.
