Same-day slots are usually available if you book before 4pm, and the booking page preselects the soonest slot a verified professional can actually reach your pincode. Next-day slots open from 7am.

Every service has a fixed price shown before you book, so there is nothing to negotiate when the professional arrives. Prices start at ₹149 for a basic visit and are listed in full on each service page. If materials or spare parts are needed, they are quoted and agreed with you before any work starts.

Yes. Every professional completes identity, address and skill verification before taking a single job, and ratings come only from bookings that were actually completed. A partner whose rating falls below 4.0 is reviewed and may be removed.

Every service carries a 30-day warranty. If something we repaired stops working within 30 days, we send a professional back at no charge. Call support and quote your booking reference.

Yes, most categories allow payment after the job is finished, in cash or by UPI. You can also pay online at booking time through Razorpay or Cashfree. No card details are ever stored by BookProNow.

Cancelling or rescheduling more than 2 hours before the slot is free. Inside 2 hours a fee of 25% of the booking total applies on a booking you have already paid for, because the professional has usually already set out. An unpaid pay-later booking is never charged. Cancel from your bookings page or by calling support.

Booking is live in Jaipur, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Chennai, with more cities opening each month. Set your location at the top of any page and we show only what is bookable there.

No. You can book as a guest with just your name and mobile number, and we create your account silently so your invoice and booking history are still saved. Signing in simply makes your next booking faster.
