The plumber checks the nearest water point and the thread on your inlet hose.

The machine is started briefly so the plumber can check the inlet joint while it fills.

My point has a normal tap. Will the hose fit?
Usually not directly. A washing machine tap or adaptor with a threaded nozzle is needed, which you buy before the visit.
Will you set up the machine itself?
This service covers the water connection. Machine installation and levelling are done by the brand's technician.
My drain hose keeps slipping out. Can you fix that?
