Questions about this service
Water is dripping from the bottom of the geyser itself. Can you fix that?
A leak from the tank body is not a connection fault. It needs the geyser maker's service or a replacement.
Should I switch the geyser off before the visit?
Yes, if it is leaking near the switch or wiring. The plumber will also switch it off before starting.
Can you fit a new geyser instead?
This service covers connection leaks only. Tia, the assistant on the site and app, can help you find the right service for a new geyser.
