Questions about this service
Can you convert my wall tank to a concealed cistern?
That needs wall breaking and civil work, which this service does not cover. Book a plumber consultation for a written quote.
Can the new tank go at a different height?
Usually, if the flush pipe you bought is the right length. The plumber checks this with you before drilling.
What if my old inlet valve leaks?
A new valve is quoted before fitting, so you can decide on the spot.
