Which cable is better, HDMI or optical?
HDMI ARC lets one remote control volume on most TVs. Optical works when ARC is not available.
Can you mount it if my TV is on a stand?
Yes. It can sit on the unit or be wall-mounted below the TV.
Are spare parts included in the price?
No. If a part or material is needed, the electrician quotes it and fits it only after you agree.
What if the problem comes back?
If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
