What happens on the visit?
The electrician inspects and measures the work, discusses the options and gives you a written itemised fixed quote. Nothing starts without your agreement.
Is the visit fee refunded?
It is adjusted against the job if you go ahead. If you do not, it covers the electrician's visit and time.
Will the electrician do small repairs on the same visit?
No. The consultation is for inspection and a quote. Book a listed service for small jobs.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancelling is free up to 2 hours before your slot. Inside 2 hours, a 25% fee applies only if you already paid online. You can reschedule from your bookings page.
