Questions about this service
How is this different from servicing?
A check-up tells you the health of the inverter and battery. Servicing includes cleaning terminals and topping up distilled water.
Will you replace my battery?
Not under this service. If it is weak, the electrician tells you so you can decide.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancelling is free up to 2 hours before your slot. Inside 2 hours, a 25% fee applies only if you already paid online. You can reschedule from your bookings page.
Can I pay after the work is done?
Yes. Pay online by UPI or card at checkout, or pay by cash or UPI after the service. 18% GST is added on top at checkout.
