Tubelight repair & installation: white three-blade ceiling fan between tube lights
Electrician30-day warranty included

Tubelight repair & installation

Takes about 30 min

A tubelight that flickers, takes long to start or stays dark often has a failed choke, starter or LED driver, or a loose holder. The electrician checks the supply and the fitting, fixes the fault, or replaces the old fitting with the new LED batten you have bought.

You pay the price shown on this page for the labour on one tubelight. A choke, starter, holder or driver is a spare, quoted before fitting. Many people switch to an LED batten at this point, which the electrician can fit on the same point.

The job takes about 30 minutes. Keep the new tube or batten ready, and tell us if more than one tubelight needs attention so the electrician can plan the visit.

Questions about this service

Should I repair my old tubelight or switch to LED?

If the choke or starter has gone, an LED batten is often the simpler fix. The electrician explains both and you decide.

Why does my tubelight flicker?

Usually a weak starter, choke or driver, or a loose holder. The electrician finds which one.

Are spare parts included in the price?

No. If a part or material is needed, the electrician quotes it and fits it only after you agree.

What if the problem comes back?

If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
