How the visit goes

The inverter is turned off and the battery disconnected.

- A dry spot for the battery
- Access to the inverter and main board

Will my rooms still have power after removal?
Yes. The electrician restores the normal mains connection and tests the rooms.
Can you take the battery away?
No. Carrying away or disposal is not part of this service.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancelling is free up to 2 hours before your slot. Inside 2 hours, a 25% fee applies only if you already paid online. You can reschedule from your bookings page.
Can I pay after the work is done?
Yes. Pay online by UPI or card at checkout, or pay by cash or UPI after the service. 18% GST is added on top at checkout.
