Questions about this service
Can a submeter measure just one tenant?
Yes, if their rooms run on their own circuit. If the circuit is shared, separating it is quoted first.
Do you touch the main electricity meter?
No. Only the electricity company works on its meter. The submeter is fitted on your side of it.
Are spare parts included in the price?
No. If a part or material is needed, the electrician quotes it and fits it only after you agree.
What if the problem comes back?
If the work done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
