Questions about this service
Can a hanger go on a false ceiling?
No. False ceilings cannot take the load. The carpenter fixes it to the concrete slab or a solid wall.
My rods tilt when loaded. Why?
The pulley ropes are uneven. The carpenter tensions them so both ends rise together.
Do you supply the hanger?
No. You buy the kit, and the carpenter installs it.
