How the visit goes

Pull the drawer
The carpenter removes the drawer and inspects both channels and the box.

Fix or swap channels
Channels are refixed, straightened or replaced with your new pair.

Align the front
The drawer front is tightened so it sits level with the cabinet.
- 4
Slide test
The drawer is run in and out fully to check it glides and shuts.

Which channel should I buy?
Measure the drawer depth and buy a pair of the same length. If you are unsure, the carpenter can check and pick them up locally at actual cost with your approval.
Can you fix a kitchen drawer too?

Is the warranty on the channel or the work?
On the work. If the fixing done stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
