How the visit goes

Check the kit
Parts and bolts are counted against the maker's list.

Headboard and rails
The headboard and side rails are joined loosely first.

Centre support
The centre beam and its legs are fitted so the base will not sag.

Base and final tighten
Slats go in, then every bolt is fully tightened and the bed tested.

- Boxes in the bedroom
- Floor space a little larger than the bed
- A helper for a minute to lift the headboard
Questions about this service
My bed creaks after a month. Is that covered?
Yes. If the assembly work stops working within 30 days, we come back and fix it at no charge, usually by retightening the joints.
Does it matter if the bed is queen or king?
Both are covered. The price shown is the starting price; a very large or unusual design is priced before the carpenter begins.
Can you move my old bed out?
Dismantling an old bed is separate work. Mention it while booking or ask the carpenter to quote on arrival.
