How do I book the second visit?

Can pet hair and smell be removed?
Pet hair is vacuumed out and shampooing reduces the smell. Very old odour soaked into the foam may not go fully.
Do I need to arrange any cleaning products?
No. The professional brings all the machines and cleaning products needed.
