They clean wherever they can reach without lifting heavy furniture. If you want under a bed cleaned, move light items or ask before they start.
Is sofa shampooing part of this?
No. Sofa, carpet and chair shampooing are separate services you can add to the same booking.
Do I need to arrange any cleaning products?
No. The professional brings all the machines and cleaning products needed, and uses acid-free products on marble.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
