Threading uses a twisted cotton thread to lift out hair in neat rows, which gives eyebrows a sharp, defined edge that wax cannot match. The beautician starts by asking what shape you like, whether you want to keep them full or go thinner, and checks both brows together so they match.

She holds the skin taut, threads the stray hair under and between the brows, then does the upper lip or forehead if you ask. A fresh thread is used for every client. The basic version takes about 10 minutes, and the price starts from the price shown, with extra areas priced and agreed before she does them.
