Why do I need a site visit for painting?
Painting is priced per sq ft, so measuring gives you an exact figure instead of an estimate. It also catches damp or cracks that need treating first.
Is the visit fee refunded?
It is adjusted against the job if you go ahead. If you decide not to proceed, it covers the supervisor's visit and time.
Can the quote include waterproofing?
Yes. If the supervisor finds seepage, the treatment is itemised in the same quote.
